We’re looking for an ambitious, motivated Account Executive to drive new business growth within the Commercial & Real Estate sector. This is a new business–focused role, owning the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to close, with a strong emphasis on building trusted, long-term client relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Drive new business sales into the Commercial & Real Estate market, targeting law firms, commercial property specialists, and strategic partners
Proactively prospect, qualify, and build a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities
Lead discovery conversations with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges, priorities, and objectives
Present solutions clearly and confidently, demonstrating practical value and commercial benefit to clients
Develop tailored proposals aligned to client needs and growth plans
Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle, from first contact through to negotiation and close
Consistently achieve and exceed new business targets
Build a strong understanding of the commercial and real estate landscape, including market trends and client needs
Share client and market insights internally to support service development and commercial strategy
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to onboarding and ongoing client success
Requirements:
Proven track record in new business sales within a B2B environment, ideally selling into commercial property, real estate, or LegalTech sectors
Skilled at engaging senior stakeholders and building credibility through insight-led conversations
Consultative approach, comfortable tailoring solutions to meet individual client needs
Commercially driven, resilient, and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
Familiar with CRM systems to manage pipeline and activity
