Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven mid-level Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a pipeline of inbound and warm leads, conducting client meetings, and ultimately closing new business. This is a new business development role with a focus on acquiring new clients, and it also offers the opportunity to expand relationships within existing accounts. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and prioritize a pipeline of inbound and warm leads provided by the company
  • Proactively reach out to warm leads to ensure a full calendar of client meetings
  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients to understand their hiring needs and challenges
  • Present our company's recruiting services and value proposition in a compelling manner
  • Negotiate contract terms and close new client agreements to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Focus on achieving a weekly target for new client acquisition
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the CEO to refine and optimize the sales process
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion by re-engaging with past clients

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in an Account Executive, Sales Executive, or a similar client-facing sales role
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and activities
  • English fluency is a must

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in the recruiting or staffing industry is highly desirable
  • Experience selling services to clients in the Technology, Construction, or Accounting sectors
