Your mission is to drive bsport’s growth in the UKI market by engaging directly with owners and decision-makers of boutique fitness studios. You will lead consultative sales conversations with SMB clients, deeply understanding their operational and commercial challenges, and demonstrating how bsport can help them grow their business.

Take ownership of the sales process from qualified opportunity to close, delivering a seamless and high-quality client experience
Deliver clear, engaging demos that highlight bsport’s value by addressing client-specific pain points
Collaborate with SDRs to optimize lead quality and with Account Managers for a smooth client handover post-signing
Contribute actionable insights to product and marketing teams to enhance our offerings and align closely with client needs
Develop proactive strategies to drive client acquisition and reinforce bsport’s market presence in UKI.
Requirements:
Experience in a similar position within a high-growth/fast-paced startup environment
Have native level of English
Strong knowledge of the UK & Ireland market, including buyer behaviour, cultural nuances, and commercial landscape, gained through professional experience selling into or working closely with UKI-based clients
A goal-driven approach with a passion for achieving results and a proactive attitude toward challenges
Adaptability, excellent communication skills, and the resilience to navigate dynamic sales cycles
Ability to work independently while contributing actively to a positive team environment
