Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
  • Develop and present compelling value propositions to prospective clients
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and manage pipeline effectively using CRM tools
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience as an Account Executive
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling complex solutions and building quantified business cases
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com (or similar CRM)
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Full professional proficiency in Japanese
  • Intermediate level English
