DentalMonitoring is a MedTech scale-up in a fast-growing medical field. We are looking for new talent to join our team! If you are an Account Executive with 3–5+ years of experience, you can help shape the next generation of AI-driven orthodontic care, used by 10,000+ doctors worldwide.

Job Responsibility

  • Build the dental business region from a standing start, prospecting, qualifying, and closing target accounts across general dentistry, periodontics, implant surgery, and pedodontics
  • Prospect daily by identifying new opportunities within your territory (West Region)
  • Understand the DM value proposition and how significantly it can change a dental/ortho practice workflow
  • Partner with customers and KOLs to understand their business objectives and critical issues
  • Segment the given territory to identify the key opportunities to drive strong sales growth in new business
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to exceed sales targets, company KPIs, and objectives
  • Identify and nurture relationships with KOL/influential customers
  • Drive local and national events, webinars, masterclasses & study clubs
  • Work and communicate in a multifunctional team
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and competition
  • Fully utilize CRM to report activity
  • 35% overnight travel

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the dental industry (capital equipment, dental technology, digital dentistry, implants, or clinical consumables)
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field, or 5+ years of sales/business development experience (dental, orthodontic, medtech, or similar)
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage client portfolios and drive results independently
  • Solid understanding of market trends and customer needs
  • Highly organized with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, service-oriented, and results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable with learning and selling new technologies
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • A car and a valid driver's license

Nice to have

  • Experience in the orthodontics, dental, or medical technology field
  • Experience in a scale-up environment where you can demonstrate versatility and take initiative
