Job Description

Creative, commercially driven seller to grow existing accounts - spotting upsell opportunities, building trusted relationships, and turning adoption into revenue wins. You will join a group of highly motivated individuals, to help us grow Phorest faster. This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role focused on revenue expansion within our existing customer base. You’ll own a portfolio of accounts and drive upsell, cross-sell, and feature adoption through proactive, value-led sales conversations.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify opportunities for feature expansion, upsells, and increased client value across your portfolio
  • Track client activity and success metrics to ensure customers are getting maximum value from Phorest Pay or subscription features
  • Own and deliver against quarterly and annual upsell and expansion targets
  • Encourage and support adoption of paid features such as Phorest Pay, Ads Manager, and other growth tools
  • Deliver clear, confident onboarding sessions and training that empower clients to use new features effectively
  • Drive measurable improvements in product adoption and usage across your client base
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with salon owners and managers through regular engagement and expert guidance
  • Act as a client advocate by gathering feedback and usage insights to inform internal teams
  • Provide structured reporting on client trends, feature usage, and opportunities to improve the overall product experience

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in Sales or Account Management within a SaaS or technology environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, upsell, or expansion targets
  • Comfortable owning a commercial pipeline, forecasting opportunities, and closing deals within an existing customer base
  • Confident leading value-led sales conversations, negotiating, and influencing decision-makers
  • Strong relationship builder who can grow accounts and identify expansion opportunities through consultative selling
  • Experienced using CRM systems to manage accounts, track activity, and report on performance
  • Highly organised and proactive, able to manage multiple accounts while consistently driving revenue outcomes
  • Motivated by targets, growth, and commercial impact
