Job Description

Join SaleCycle as Account Executive UK: open doors to enterprise brands, close deals, and grow revenue with a global, diverse creative team. The Account Executive sits at the centre of SaleCycle’s growth. Working closely with the Head of New Business and CRO, you will be responsible for creating and converting new enterprise opportunities, driving revenue and shaping how we expand into new markets. This is not a transactional sales role. It requires the ability to open doors, create demand, and sell complex value to senior stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close within your territory
  • Lead high-quality discovery and deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations
  • Position SaleCycle as a strategic partner, not a point solution
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline through proactive outbound activity and networking
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to maximise deal success and customer outcomes
  • Engage with partners, agencies, and the wider ecosystem to generate new opportunities
  • Consistently deliver against revenue targets through a structured and disciplined approach

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within martech, SaaS, or e-commerce
  • Comfortable selling to enterprise brands and senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and closing capability
  • Proactive, self-starting, and comfortable operating in a high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce and digital landscape
  • Can manage multiple opportunities with strong organisation and discipline
  • Experienced using tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern prospecting platforms
  • Thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

What we offer

  • Flexible hybrid working
  • 25 days annual leave + public holidays + your birthday off + increase holidays for length of service
  • Free parking at the office
  • Annual company meet-up
  • Monthly social fund
  • £26 per month allowance for those working from home
  • Long Service Awards
  • Annual training budget
