To support this ambition, we’re looking for a talented Account Executive to join our growing team and help shape the future of the industry!

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct personalized product demonstrations to showcase the value of RentalReady to property managers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery call to negotiation and closing
  • Collaborate closely with the SDR team to maximize conversion rates and ensure lead quality
  • Represent RentalReady at trade shows, roadshows, and industry events
  • Maintain a structured pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring accurate forecasting and smooth communication with management
  • Share insights and market feedback with Product and Marketing to continuously improve our offer and positioning
  • Be the face of RentalReady in the UK market, building trust, visibility, and long-term relationships within the community

Requirements:

  • Native English Speaker
  • Previous experience in the short-term rental or property management industry (even through an internship)
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS sales is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills — both online and in person
  • Organized, analytical, and comfortable managing a CRM (HubSpot)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced scale-up with a global footprint
