The Account Executive will focus on bringing on the best restaurants in our most strategic markets that fit our partnership criteria, leveraging their skills in cold calling, emailing, and driving internal processes to create sales opportunities, plan field visits, and set up restaurant partnerships for long-term success on our platform. This role is key to accelerating Uber Eats' growth across the Flanders territory, which is why fluency in Dutch is essential. You will also help with projects involving new and innovative tools and systems being launched internally, as well as take on a leading role within the sales team assisting with onboarding, training, tool implementation and any other necessary sales projects.
Job Responsibility
Prospect, approach, and pitch Uber Eats' value proposition to restaurant owners to inspire them to join the platform
Conduct commercial negotiations with high-potential restaurants, ensuring sustainable economics and strong long-term partnerships
Manage the full sales process from first outreach to onboarding, supporting restaurants until their first order and throughout their first month
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progression in CRM tools
Provide ongoing insights on pipeline health, sales performance, market trends, and partner needs.
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English
External sales experience
You are comfortable at managing your own time and have clear prioritisation skills
You have strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage your pipeline and end-to-end sales cycles
You're self-motivated and have a target driven attitude
You have innovative sales strategies to successfully engage with potential clients
You have listening and communication skills, both verbally and written.
Nice to have
Working knowledge of how to use Google applications (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets) and familiarity with Salesforce and/or other CRM systems
