Job Responsibility:
Own the sales pipeline: Drive lead generation and qualification for Uber Direct's delivery solutions, from prospecting through close
Conduct outreach activities: Use a variety of channels-including cold calls and email campaigns-to engage potential clients and build strong relationships
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with teams like Operations and Product to tailor delivery solutions that meet each client's specific needs
Present Uber Direct's value: Articulate our platform's operational benefits, scalability, and ROI for potential clients
Use CRM tools effectively: Track progress, manage your sales pipeline, and continuously improve outreach strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
Sales or business development experience: Proven track record in prospecting, lead qualification, and closing new business
Strong communication and presentation skills: Able to clearly convey value, tailor messages to diverse audiences, and build lasting relationships
CRM and sales tool proficiency: Comfortable working with tools like Salesforce, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
Logistics or last-mile delivery knowledge: Experience in logistics, fulfillment, or selling operational technology is a strong advantage
Customer-centric approach: Prior experience supporting SMBs, mid-market, or enterprise clients in logistics or eCommerce is ideal
Analytical mindset: Ability to use data to identify trends, prioritize opportunities, and tell a compelling story
Strategic thinking: Skilled in diagnosing client needs and aligning solutions to long-term business goals
