The execution-focused Account Executive Toppie will be based in Santiago, Chile and will be responsible for driving growth within the Brands and Agencies sector in the LATAM region, specially in Colombia. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the LATAM market and excellent sales and negotiation skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with key stakeholders within multi-layered organizations.
Job Responsibility:
Generate pipeline of media agencies and CPG brands across the Latin America Region, specially in Colombia
Drive sales growth for Topsort's demand-side product, Toppie, by engaging in strategic conversations with retailers and agencies
Develop brand partnerships and media plans while maintaining close collaboration with partners on the supply-side
Attend various industry events, trade shows and be an active voice of Toppie in Latin America
Build product knowledge and become a subject matter expert on Topsort’s entire product stack, including but not limited to retail media platform, ad serving APIs, and our demand-side product, Toppie
Requirements:
3–5+ years of proven success in media sales, ideally within a digital agency, CPG brand, or a retailer with a retail media component
A consistent history of meeting and exceeding sales targets with full ownership over deal outcomes and complex cycles
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (ideally in STEM, Economics, or Finance)
an MBA is a plus
Familiarity with the advertising landscape
Strong structured thinking and the ability to navigate complex organizations with ease
Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish
An entrepreneurial spirit comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth scale-ups where you must adapt to ambiguity
A team-oriented professional who is curious, eager to learn, and thrives in a remote-friendly, evolving environment
Willingness and eagerness to travel regionally and internationally to engage with clients and represent the brand at industry events
Nice to have:
Experience in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, martech, or data platforms
Familiarity with retail, marketplaces, or media monetization
