Job Description:

Join the core team building the supply side of the advertising industry's future. As an Account Executive on our Creator Partnerships team, you'll build direct relationships with the world's most influential creators and the leadership teams at top management firms - the CEOs, founders, and executives representing talent with audiences in the millions. This is a high-impact, high-velocity sales role where you'll be closing partnerships worth hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars in potential deal flow. You'll own revenue and onboarding targets for creator acquisition and activation, establishing the net-new personal relationships that form the foundation of our marketplace. Your pipeline management and relationship-building skills will create direct day-to-day impact on our supply growth. This role is perfect for ambitious go-to-market professionals and leaders who want to combine the rigor of quota-carrying sales with the prestige of working alongside some of the biggest names in media and entertainment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own aggressive partnership targets: Manage a large pipeline and hit ambitious monthly/quarterly goals for creator sign-ups and brand sponsorships
  • Build high-value relationships: Establish direct partnerships with influential creators and their management teams, positioning Agentio as their go-to platform for brand deals.
  • Sell consultatively to C-suite leaders: Partner with CEOs, founders, and executives at leading creator management firms, requiring executive presence and strategic thinking.
  • Drive high-volume outreach: Execute multichannel outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, client entertainment, referrals) to build and nurture your pipeline
  • Be a market expert: Deeply understand the creator economy landscape, competitive dynamics, and what drives creator and management firm decision-making. Understand creator economics, management structures and how to position Agentio's value proposition to different stakeholders within a creator’s media business
  • Heavily influence the product we’re building for creators and managers: Work closely with our product and marketing team to improve the experience and product adoption for creators and their teams
  • Scale what works: As we grow, high performers will have opportunities to build and lead teams, expand into new verticals, new platforms (e.g. IG & TikTok) or take on strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience at a high-growth startup (SaaS, marketplace, tech, creator economy or similar)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets and managing large pipelines
  • Exceptional relationship builder: You know how to open doors, build trust quickly, and maintain long-term partnerships
  • Comfortable with ambiguity: You thrive in fast-moving startup environments where processes are being built in real-time
  • Self-starter mentality: You don't need to be told what to do - you identify opportunities and go after them
  • Eagerness to disrupt and make a change: we’re building something that has never been done before - we want team members who are excited about building the tools and strategies that categorically change the way creators and brands work together
  • AI-native mindset: Passionate about leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows, personalize outreach, accelerate pipeline management, and unlock efficiency gains - you see AI as a competitive advantage, not a threat

Nice to have:

  • Relationships with the creator economy, influencer marketing, or digital media landscape
  • Direct experience selling into or working with management firms, agencies, or media companies
  • SDR/BDR background is a strong advantage - we value the hustle, grit, and process discipline that comes from high-volume prospecting roles
What we offer:
  • Flexible PTO – Take the time you need to recharge
  • Comprehensive Health Coverage – Top medical plan through Aetna
  • Dental & Vision Plans – Protect your smile and your sight with coverage from Guardian
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan – Invest in your future while you build your career
  • $100 Monthly Lifestyle Credit – Use it to shop with our amazing Agentio Brand Partners
  • Free Lunch 5x a week!
  • Gym in the building — Your workout, right downstairs!
