Job Responsibility:

  • Work full cycle deals from demo complete to close
  • Research and target companies using prospecting tools
  • Build and manage a pipeline
  • Learn and demonstrate our platform to new prospective customers
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Record and document all sales activities in Salesforce.com
  • Successfully utilize all sales tech tools

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of work experience in a sales role, preferably at a startup
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota
  • Love closing deals and helping businesses by delivering a product that has concrete value
  • Solutions oriented - recognize objections and help customers see value
  • Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with high-velocity sales cycles or selling to small businesses
  • Resilient—bounce back from setbacks quickly, are resourceful, and find creative ways to get things done
  • Comfortable with a wide range of sales tools, including Salesforce or other CRMs
  • Passion for solving big problems and having an immediate and positive impact
  • Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable
  • Ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations
  • Must be located in Eastern or Central timezone
