Job Responsibility:
Work full cycle deals from demo complete to close
Research and target companies using prospecting tools
Build and manage a pipeline
Learn and demonstrate our platform to new prospective customers
Negotiate contracts
Record and document all sales activities in Salesforce.com
Successfully utilize all sales tech tools
Requirements:
At least 2 years of work experience in a sales role, preferably at a startup
Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota
Love closing deals and helping businesses by delivering a product that has concrete value
Solutions oriented - recognize objections and help customers see value
Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with high-velocity sales cycles or selling to small businesses
Resilient—bounce back from setbacks quickly, are resourceful, and find creative ways to get things done
Comfortable with a wide range of sales tools, including Salesforce or other CRMs
Passion for solving big problems and having an immediate and positive impact
Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable
Ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations
Must be located in Eastern or Central timezone
