This role will meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by successfully supporting your team in acquiring accounts within multiple geographic territories, and will ultimately have the opportunity to own a geographic territory. Incumbent will sell products, services and solutions to gain new business through prospecting, cold-calling, networking and generating leads and referrals. Incumbent will analyze customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services, tailoring customer recommendations to negotiate and close business.
Job Responsibility:
Under the guidance of the sales manager, proactively generate leads and referrals through proficient prospecting, cold calling, and strategic networking
Identify and understand customer needs, employing solution-based selling techniques to effectively showcase the value of T-Mobile products and services. Provide informed recommendations on wireless solutions, including price plans, data options, enhanced services, handsets, and accessories
Negotiate and successfully close deals to achieve sales targets
Collaborate with leadership to improve skills in prospecting, implement effective calls, and handle customer relationships. Actively participate in training sessions on products and services, attending sales meetings to stay informed and engaged
Formulate innovative and impactful sales approaches, solutions, and proposals
Leverage sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools to their fullest potential. Efficiently manage the sales funnel and generate comprehensive reports on sales activities and forecasting
Take on additional duties and projects as assigned by business management
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment
Ability to excel in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment that demands effective multitasking
Demonstrated track record of delivering superior customer service with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Proficient in effective negotiating and closing skills
Experience in preparing, delivering, and following up on product/service proposals and pricing quotations (Preferred)
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
