Job Description

The Account Executive, SMB Team Sales role at T-Mobile is designed for ambitious, results-driven sales professionals who are passionate about building stellar customer relationships and bringing T-Mobile's unmatched products and services to underserved markets. This is a true hunter role that involves meeting and exceeding monthly sales quota objectives by successfully acquiring new accounts with small and medium sized businesses (10-299 employees) while developing skills to move your career into the next level Account Executive, SMB sales role. You will sell products, services, and solutions to gain new business through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads and referrals. You will analyze customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services, tailoring customer recommendations to negotiate and close business.

Job Responsibility

  • Generate and work leads in developed and underdeveloped territories through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision
  • Analyze customer needs and utilize solution-based selling to demonstrate T-Mobile’s value
  • Recommend wireless solutions, including price plans, data services, handsets, and accessories
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management with leadership
