Job Responsibility:
Own the full acquisition cycle of AU’s highest priority, local Restaurant partners
Be a trusted advisor and have a deep understanding of their unique challenges & goals and articulate our compelling value proposition
Be the voice of the customer and a true owner of the merchant experience
Lead a defined territory and demonstrate a strategic approach to acquire the highest value merchants
Requirements:
End to end sales cycle - Ability to drive momentum from first touch point with a partner through to mature lifecycle and revenue generation, inclusive of objection handling related to product use and commercial & legal terms
Executional excellence - Ability to deliver observable results and continuous improvements despite challenges and setbacks
Communication - Using communication skills and empathy to clearly, persuasively, and confidently deliver information to a variety of partners
Negotiation/Sales & Business Acumen - Taking time to build relationships that add long term value to the joint business success of Uber & partners
