Reporting into the Senior Director, Analytics, you’ll own a territory of small and mid-sized commercial real estate businesses across London, managing a mix of existing client accounts and new logo targets. You’ll work as part of a London pod alongside a High Touch representative, sharing a team quota and collaborating on opportunities while staying focused on high-volume, transactional sales. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll manage multiple deals, relationships, and priorities at once. Success requires strong organization, follow-through, and comfort operating in a high-activity sales environment.
Job Responsibility:
Own and manage a territory of small and mid-sized commercial real estate businesses across London
Manage a mix of existing client accounts and new logo targets
Prospect for new opportunities through outbound channels including LinkedIn, Preqin, and personal networks
Follow up on inbound leads from marketing and demand generation
Build relationships with prospects and clearly articulate how products solve real business problems
Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation through signed contract
Prepare proposals, quotes, and support negotiations in partnership with Finance and Legal
Work closely with a High Touch sales partner, passing larger or more complex opportunities as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
Move deals forward with clear next steps and mutual agreement at each stage
Tailor presentations and value propositions for different stakeholders
Expand into new market segments where appropriate
Act as a credible voice on the company’s products and their value to the commercial real estate market
Serve as a point of contact for clients when issues arise, identifying and resolving problems quickly
Manage multiple deals and priorities simultaneously without losing momentum
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a sales role selling cloud or SaaS technology
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders and conduct effective discovery conversations
Solid negotiation skills and ability to close deals
Consultative, trust-based sales approach
Willingness to collaborate and share best practices with the broader team
Degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred but not required
Comfortable using Salesforce, MS Office, Outreach, and generative AI tools such as Claude
Ability to track pipeline, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction metrics
Awareness of industry trends and competitor activity
