Job Description

Reporting into the Senior Director, Analytics, you’ll own a territory of small and mid-sized commercial real estate businesses across London, managing a mix of existing client accounts and new logo targets. You’ll work as part of a London pod alongside a High Touch representative, sharing a team quota and collaborating on opportunities while staying focused on high-volume, transactional sales. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll manage multiple deals, relationships, and priorities at once. Success requires strong organization, follow-through, and comfort operating in a high-activity sales environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and manage a territory of small and mid-sized commercial real estate businesses across London
  • Manage a mix of existing client accounts and new logo targets
  • Prospect for new opportunities through outbound channels including LinkedIn, Preqin, and personal networks
  • Follow up on inbound leads from marketing and demand generation
  • Build relationships with prospects and clearly articulate how products solve real business problems
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation through signed contract
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and support negotiations in partnership with Finance and Legal
  • Work closely with a High Touch sales partner, passing larger or more complex opportunities as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
  • Move deals forward with clear next steps and mutual agreement at each stage
  • Tailor presentations and value propositions for different stakeholders
  • Expand into new market segments where appropriate
  • Act as a credible voice on the company’s products and their value to the commercial real estate market
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients when issues arise, identifying and resolving problems quickly
  • Manage multiple deals and priorities simultaneously without losing momentum

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales role selling cloud or SaaS technology
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders and conduct effective discovery conversations
  • Solid negotiation skills and ability to close deals
  • Consultative, trust-based sales approach
  • Willingness to collaborate and share best practices with the broader team
  • Degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred but not required
  • Comfortable using Salesforce, MS Office, Outreach, and generative AI tools such as Claude
  • Ability to track pipeline, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Awareness of industry trends and competitor activity
