As a new business seller, you will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships. Job Responsibility:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Execute targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, and sequenced campaigns
Story-Driven Outreach: Leverage research-led story ideas to craft outreach that sparks meaningful conversations
Pipeline Building & Qualification: Conduct targeted research, lead consultative conversations, diagnose client challenges, translate needs into tailored solutions
Relationship Building: Foster and develop strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions
Account Management: Support client engagement, ensuring exceptional service delivery
Collaboration: Work alongside media planners, PR specialists, and senior sales teams to create integrated communications strategies
Reporting & Insights: Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, market trends, and client feedback to senior leadership
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of selling communications services in the PR industry
Expertise in broadcast, digital, content production, and/or influencer marketing to brands and agencies
At least 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation roles
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo/Apollo)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present in a strategic customer centric and persuasive manner
