A 40-year-old company recently backed by one of the largest PEs has spun off a 300-person division to accelerate growth and break into new markets. With the stability of a large company but the energy of a start-up, we are expanding our Account Executive Team. Growth: This profitable company with over 4k customers, has achieved 5 consecutive years of record expansion, with a goal of 20% growth in 2025. Recognition: Top performers are celebrated through President's Club, (this last year was in Fiji!) Stability: The sales team has an average tenure of 13 years, reflecting a supportive and fulfilling work environment.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B (full sales cycle) net new sales, preferably selling SaaS-based solutions in the field
  • Prefer experience using sales enablement tools (Zoominfo, Enablix, Salesforce)
  • Strong relationship-building skills with an ability to engage with key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Skilled in navigating complex sales cycles and overcoming objections
  • Prefer experience with SPIN Selling techniques, including the ability to effectively identify and address customer needs
  • A bonus: knowledge of Powersports, RV, Marine, Golf or Trailer industries.
