You will be supporting the adoption of Axon’s ecosystem of products—including body-worn and in-car cameras, TASER devices, and cloud-based software platforms including our digital evidence management system—across customers in Western Canada. Your success will be measured by your ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships, drive large, complex opportunities, and align Axon’s solutions with the mission-critical needs of our customers. This is a quota carrying, external field position.

  • Support Public Safety Innovation
  • Manage Customer Relationships

  • Collaborate with Internal Teams
  • Accurate CRM Management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience exceeding sales targets in a complex, consultative sales environment, particularly in public safety, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions
  • Deep understanding of municipal procurement processes, public safety technology, and the ability to navigate complex deals
  • Ability to translate complex customer needs into innovative Axon solutions, helping agencies enhance public safety, officer accountability, and efficiency
  • Familiarity with cloud computing, SaaS solutions, and (preferably) digital evidence management systems
  • Experience working with public safety IT leaders to drive cloud and digital transformation initiatives
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally within an organization to deliver comprehensive, high-impact customer solutions
  • Leadership experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects is a plus
  • Experience working with law enforcement or public safety agencies is a strong plus
  • Ability to connect Axon’s mission and products to the unique challenges of public safety
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet with key customers and stakeholders across Western Canada

Nice to have:

  • Leadership experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects
  • Experience working with law enforcement or public safety agencies
What we offer:
  • Compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards
  • Benefits offer an array of options to help support you physically, financially and emotionally through the big milestones and in your everyday life
