Maintains and updates all patient files and paperwork concerning IVF procedures. Counsels patients, obtain patient consent to different procedures and answer their questions regarding the laboratory aspects of IVF care
Enters patient and cycle information into appropriate database and electronically transmits data to Society for Advanced Reproductive Technology (SART) in a timely manner. Enters data into the infertility data system (IDS) and maintains up to date electronic records of all aspects of the IDS

Acts as a lab and department resource and role model to employees, which includes training/orienting and providing day-to-day work direction.
