Job Responsibility:
Focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience and become your customers’ trusted advisor
Orchestrate cross-functional portfolio team members to deliver comprehensive business solutions
Work closely with the Cisco Business units and Services teams to develop and close new business
Identify and develop new business opportunities within our Service Provider portfolio
Deliver accurate business metrics, monthly forecasts, weekly commits, and pipeline development reports to management
Be flexible and anticipate any changes in the opportunities, market conditions, customer needs or requirements that could impact the overall revenue target
Requirements:
5+ years sales experience in sales roles within the Enterprise or Service Provider sector
At least 1 year of direct customer sales experience
A minimum of 2 years’ experience selling Data Center technologies, Networking, Compute, Automation & Opps software or a strong background in Core networks and Service provider networks including Mobile networks
Minimum individual quota-carrying experience of $10M
Qualified to sell services, with a proven track record in services sales
Strong business understanding of the Service Provider sector
able to speak both the technical and economics language
Strong technical understanding of Cisco Solutions
Ability to build relationships based on trust and results
Strong administrative skills, including experience with SFDC FC and Meddpicc
Proven deal-closing skills
Experience shaping complex deals, with and without partners
