We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Package Specialist to focus on upselling packages to existing Phorest clients. In this role, you will leverage your strong sales skills to identify opportunities, tailor package solutions to client needs, and maximize revenue growth. Your ability to build rapport, demonstrate the value of our products, and close deals will be key to your success.
Job Responsibility:
Upselling Packages: Proactively engage with existing clients to promote and sell tailored packages that align with their business goals
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and how our packages can provide value
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Collaboration: Work closely with the Grow, Marketing, and Product teams to identify upsell opportunities and deliver cohesive client experiences
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Phorest's product offerings, including software features, packages, and value propositions
CRM Management: Accurately document all sales activities, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system
Feedback Loop: Provide client feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement of our offerings
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment
Proven success in upselling or cross-selling to existing clients
Familiarity with CRM tools (Gainsight) preferred
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
Nice to have:
Passion for the salon, spa and aesthetic industry is a plus
