About the role. We’re building a dedicated Strategic Accounts team to own ElevenLabs’ most important customer relationships in North America, and we’re looking for a high-impact Strategic Account Executive to be among the first hires. This is a named-account role with a focused portfolio. You'll drive new business and expansion inside complex enterprise organizations, building multi-threaded executive relationships and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders navigating real transformation - across customer experience, product, and operations. These aren't transactional engagements. You'll architect custom solutions that combine our technology and services, collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes, and bring field intelligence directly into our product roadmap. You're not just executing a playbook - you're writing it.
Job Responsibility
Own and grow a focused portfolio of strategic accounts, driving both net-new business and expansion
Develop and execute multi-year account strategies across business units, geographies, and use cases
Identify, scope, and close large, complex deals (multi-product, multi-region, custom solutions)
Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across executive, product, engineering, and business stakeholders
Act as a strategic advisor, educating on emerging trends and shaping customers’ long-term AI roadmap
Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Partnerships to deliver and expand
Translate patterns from bespoke deals into repeatable frameworks, offerings, and product insights
Feed learnings from the field into the product roadmap and broader strategic sales playbook
