Job Description

Reporting to the NHS Partnerships Manager you will drive apprenticeship sales growth by managing existing NHS customers and securing new business opportunities within those accounts. The role focuses on high‑quality customer engagement, and establishing LDN as a training provider of choice across the sector.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and growth
  • Work closely with the NHS Partnership Manager on account strategy and planning
  • Achieve annual sales targets (approx. £450k sales value in year one)
  • Cross-sell suitable programmes across customers and direct opportunities for the Sustainability Healthcare Academy to the NHS Partnership Manager
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on pipeline progress
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and learner success

Requirements

  • Experience in apprenticeship sales or NHS B2B sales
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • High levels of organisation, attention to detail and pipeline discipline
  • Ability to deliver professional and effective customer meetings

Nice to have

  • Understanding of NHS Structures
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship funding, compliance and NHS procurement vehicles
