The Account Executive is responsible for helping our clients succeed and for their business growth through a consultative sales approach. The role involves managing inbound and outbound sales leads, demonstrating Phorest’s software solution, and fostering strong, long-term client relationships. The primary mission is to help salons grow their business by adopting and effectively using Phorest’s product features.
Job Responsibility
Carry an individual sales quota focused on ARR, and meet targets for new business signings
Deliver compelling, needs-based online demos, putting the client’s challenges at the heart of the conversation
Confidently sell the full solution demonstrating value and impact for the client
Proactively manage and follow up with prospects to maximise your lead-to-signup ratio
Log all activities and outcomes in Salesforce and other tools, ensuring accurate documentation and team-wide visibility
Actively contribute to the team—sharing insights and identifying improvements in the sales process
Partner with cross-functional teams to flag blockers in the market, especially around product or payment adoption, and help the company adapt quickly
Requirements
2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, consistently exceeding targets
Sharp eye for detail regarding accurate documentation and pipeline management in Salesforce
Experience working in the salon industry is a plus
Competitive, driven, and passionate individual who thrives on beating goals
Outstanding communicator with a strong focus on listening and understanding client needs
Strong negotiation skills
