Job Responsibility

  • Work with the aligned Agency Leads & advertiser clients, nurture trusted and valued relationships with key leaders and stakeholders within each. Eg, Heads of Digital, Head of Search, CMO, Marketing Director, & their respective teams
  • Hold accountability for meeting/exceeding advertising revenue targets
  • Serve as MSA product expert, educating customers on MSA's solutions and partner with cross-functional teams to provide customer value
  • Create and implement client initiatives and solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
  • Drive scaled programs and foster intentional conversation around commercial deals and joint accountability
  • Analyze data and deliver insights and reporting to identify areas of opportunity and guide the strategy and partnership roadmap to drive growth
  • Execute scaled initiatives including sales contests, training, certification, and marketing events within partnership frameworks
  • Partner with other functional teams (Marketing, Analytics & Insights, Technical Account Management, Field Sales Excellence, Operations, Global Partner Service) to ensure full leverage of available resources/ budgets/ tools etc. to drive partnership value for you designated book of business
  • Act as a point of escalation for troubleshooting billing and technical support
  • Operate as a key internal lead for the onboarding of new advertisers through the Microsoft Advertising Platform (MAP)
  • Ensure CRM hygiene through regular contact management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 8+ years experience in sales, advertising, or marketing with a focus on online media, or digital advertising
  • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 5+ years experience in sales, advertising, or marketing with a focus on online media, or digital advertising
  • OR 9+ years experience in sales, advertising, or marketing with a focus on online media, or digital advertising
  • OR equivalent experience
  • Experience in online media, digital advertising, or Search Engine Marketing Sales and Service experience
  • Organizational agility to work across functions, markets and segments

  • Sell Microsoft’s media and buy-side technology products and will drive outcomes through a variety of transaction types (IO, PMPs) and technology platforms.
  • Develop, lead and execute MSA sales strategy & priorities to enable client growth of existing and new products. Purposefully positions outcomes within the context of the client’s digital marketing journey from current to future state.
  • Work to influence CMO and Chief Digital Marketing Stakeholders through Relationship Building as a compelling storyteller, leading with emotional intelligence, communicating with confidence and by effectively listening to identify clients’ end to end needs.
