Job Description:

The Account Executive, K-12 Education is focused on customer life cycle support, driving sales, renewing contracts, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue while retaining customers. This role leverages prior education industry experience and meets sales expectations through targeted metrics. Responsibilities include generating sales opportunities, managing customer accounts, resolving customer issues, extensive data entry, continuous training, and supporting team initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Utilizes contact list to call leads and generate sales opportunities
  • exceeds monthly sales, renewal, and churn target goals
  • welcomes customers to T-Mobile, reviews service agreements, answers service-related questions, and probes for additional business
  • sustains monthly call goals as expectations dictate

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • legally authorized to work in the United States
  • at least 18 years of age
  • 2-4 years experience selling within an education vertical
  • 2-4 years experience in the education industry
  • 2-4 years demonstrated track record of sales success in business sales (B2B)
  • 2-4 years experience in Wireless Industry/Telesales/Technical Sales
