  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to deliver tailored business outcomes for customers
  • Achieve quarterly and annual targets by managing complex sales cycles and maintaining accurate forecasting in Salesforce and Clari
  • Represent Zuora as a trusted advisor in the subscription economy, identifying opportunities for innovation and long-term partnership

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles, build trust with C-level executives, and deliver strategic value-based solutions
  • Deep understanding of subscription-based business models and digital transformation initiatives across industries
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Japanese and English
  • Experience using Salesforce, Clari, or similar CRM and forecasting tools

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization, collaborating across multiple regions and functions
  • Familiarity with Zuora's product suite or related areas such as billing, ERP, or revenue management
  • A consultative mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into actionable technology solutions
  • Experience selling to industries undergoing digital transformation (e.g., manufacturing, media, or telecommunications)

What we offer

  • Competitive compensation, variable bonus and performance reward opportunities, and retirement programs
  • Medical, dental and vision insurance
  • Generous, flexible time off
  • Paid holidays, "wellness" days and company wide end of year break
  • Paid parental leave
  • Learning & Development stipend
  • Opportunities to volunteer and give back, including charitable donation match
