Job Description:

We work with Microsoft’s most valuable customers to turn AI into real-world impact—fast. Our job is to help customers move to scaled adoption, using Microsoft’s AI, cloud, data, and security platform. As an Account Executive ISV's, you’ll spend your time with software companies (and the leaders behind them) who are being disrupted by AI-native competitors. You’ll help them respond with bold strategy, practical execution, and a clear path to production—without compromising trust or security. You’re a seller and a builder of momentum. You’ll bring a point of view on Copilot, Azure AI, Data, and Security, then work side-by-side with the customer and the Microsoft team to go from quick wins to scalable, repeatable value. Think rapid prototypes, tight feedback loops, and hyperscale-ready foundations (governance, architecture, and adoption) from day one. If you love learning at the edge, moving quickly, and earning trust with executives and builders alike, you’ll thrive here. You’ll own a set of strategic accounts end-to-end—building the plan, driving pipeline, closing, and expanding—while staying anchored on one thing: customers getting real outcomes from what they deploy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Get energy from spending time with customers
  • Stay relentlessly curious—track what’s new in AI and cloud, pressure-test it with customers, and translate the signal into practical, safe, high-impact moves
  • Be the AI transformation guide for your accounts—bring what you’ve learned from using AI to change how you work (and live) and help customers do the same
  • Sell like a trusted advisor: listen hard, diagnose the real problem, and shape a plan that ties Copilot, Azure AI, Security, and Data to outcomes customers can measure
  • Move at startup speed— collaborate with customers to run quick discovery, tighten hypotheses, launch pilots, learn fast, and scale what works
  • Bring trust to every conversation: architecture, security, governance, and adoption—so customers can go from idea to production without breaking trust
  • Co-Own the business: partner with another account executive to hold yourself accountable to the metrics of your business (sales, consumption and adoption)

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 4+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 6+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR equivalent experience
  • Experience selling and/or building agentic products
  • Demonstrated ability to rewire your workflow end-to-end using AI

Nice to have:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 8+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 12+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR equivalent experience
  • 5+ years account management experience OR equivalent
  • Experience working with/for software development companies (ISVs) is a big plus
  • Experience in M&A is a big plus
  • Experience in (or willingness to learn) how to work a matrixed organization to bring the best of Microsoft to our customers and lead a team (often technical talent)
  • Willingness and ability to build rapid prototypes to bring concepts to life
  • Industry experience in tech/startups, healthtech and/or fintech
