As an Account Executive II, you're building confidence in leading projects and owning key aspects of client communication. You’re the go-to person for moving deliverables forward and ensuring everything runs without a hitch. At this stage, you're not only mastering execution—you’re beginning to develop a strategic understanding of media and marketing performance, and expanding your technical know-how.
Job Responsibility:
Support the execution of integrated marketing projects across web, email, social, and print
Manage timelines, scopes, and assets in partnership with project managers and specialists
Route creative deliverables internally and to clients, ensuring they align with brand and campaign goals
Own communication around day-to-day deliverables, timelines, and approvals
Ensure clear documentation and follow-through from brief to final delivery
Support the creation of internal and client-facing presentations by formatting decks, inserting approved content, and aligning visuals with brand guidelines
Begin learning the fundamentals of media strategy and performance reporting
Develop a working knowledge of digital marketing terminology, metrics, and KPIs (e.g., CTR, impressions, bounce rate, conversions)
Support senior team members by pulling data from Google Analytics and other platforms to inform performance reports
Understand and apply basic UTM tracking principles to ensure accurate campaign tracking
Contribute to performance analysis discussions with a curiosity for what the data reveals about audience behavior
Possess an advanced understanding of CMS functionality, including navigating source code to make light content or layout adjustments
Confidently update content and imagery on client websites, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Perform design-focused QA to confirm that web updates align with approved creative and brand standards
Manage day-to-day client communications independently, providing clarity, direction, and confidence in deliverables and timelines
Foster stronger client relationships by understanding communication preferences, anticipating needs, and showing initiative
Recognize and address client concerns proactively—offering solutions, managing expectations, and involving senior leadership as needed
Requirements:
2–4 years of agency or marketing experience
Proven ability to manage mid-size projects and multiple timelines independently
Strong client communication skills and comfort navigating internal teams and cross-functional workflows
Curiosity and initiative in learning digital marketing analytics and tracking methodologies
Solid understanding of digital marketing assets and production workflows
Proficient in Presentation software like Google Slides or PowerPoint
Google Analytics Certified, preferred
