Job Description

We’re looking for a self-starting, highly driven Account Executive based in Western Europe, who is passionate about AI and voice technology and thrives in selling to the public sector. At ElevenLabs, we don’t just sell voice — we’re redefining how people and institutions communicate. Our mission is to transform how governments interact with their citizens, making communication more accessible, inclusive, and human through the power of voice. You’ll be part of the team driving this transformation across governments, public agencies, and institutions in Western Europe — helping them modernise citizen engagement, enhance accessibility, and deliver more empathetic services at scale

Job Responsibility

  • Lead new business efforts across central, regional, and local government organisations in Western Europe
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification to RFP response, negotiation, and close
  • Develop and submit compelling tender and procurement proposals that meet complex technical and regulatory requirements
  • Partner closely with legal, product, and compliance teams to navigate procurement, security, and data governance standards
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior public sector stakeholders and decision makers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Policy to tailor ElevenLabs’ solutions to public sector use cases
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline, deliver accurate forecasting, and exceed revenue targets
  • Represent ElevenLabs at key public sector events and industry forums, building trust and awareness across the region

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally selling deep-tech or AI-driven solutions to the public sector
  • Proven success navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving technical evaluation, security, and compliance reviews
  • Demonstrated experience leading RFPs, tenders, and government procurement processes from start to finish
  • Deep understanding of public sector procurement frameworks, contracting standards, and data privacy regulations
  • Ability to translate complex technology into clear business and citizen impact outcomes
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with C-level, IT, and policy leaders in public institutions
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth, and highly technical environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both technical and narrative
  • Passion for AI, voice technology, and improving how people experience government services.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI, data platforms, or digital transformation solutions in the public sector
  • Familiarity with EU data protection (GDPR), AI regulation, and government technology ecosystems
  • Existing network within public institutions or digital innovation teams in Western Europe

What we offer

  • Innovative culture
  • Growth paths
  • Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend
  • Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose
  • Annual company offsite
  • Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend
