Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage end-to-end customer engagement for a strategic ITES global account based in Delhi
Drive digital transformation conversations with CXOs by delivering tailored solutions around cloud, security, software-defined infrastructure, and subscriptions
Orchestrate global stakeholder collaboration and ensure 360-degree account management to achieve strategic outcomes
Create and execute strategic account plans aligned to business priorities and Cisco’s portfolio capabilities
Deliver operational excellence through disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and adoption of sales tools and practices
Requirements:
15–18 years of enterprise IT sales experience with demonstrated success in handling large enterprise accounts, preferably in the ITE Sector
Proven experience in managing large, global accounts with multi-stakeholder engagement and multi-geo execution
Strong understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, software/subscription models, and IT infrastructure
Experience in leading large, complex deals with cross-functional execution
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills
Nice to have:
Prior experience in driving digital transformation initiatives in the ITES sector
Strong consultative selling mindset with the ability to articulate business value
Deep industry knowledge with the ability to map technology to client business outcomes
High executive presence and ability to influence CxO decision-makers
Self-starter with operational discipline, structured approach, and collaborative leadership style
