Job Description

As an Account Executive focusing on Employment Hero’s Employer of Record (EOR) service, you will be the bridge between SMBs and their global expansion goals. You will consult with C-level and HR executives on how to hire, onboard, and pay talent anywhere in the world without the need for local entities.

Job Responsibility

  • Consultative Selling: Navigating complex conversations around international labor laws, compliance, and global payroll
  • Pipeline Management: Managing the full sales cycle from initial discovery to close
  • Product Expertise: Conducting high-impact demos of the Employment Hero platform
  • Strategic Growth: Partnering with SMB owners to help them scale their headcounts across borders

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in EOR/Global Payroll sales OR 360 Recruitment/Executive Search
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas
  • Ability to self-source leads through strategic networking and social selling
  • High EQ & Business Acumen
  • Ability to explain complex compliance and financial concepts
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment
