As an Account Executive focusing on Employment Hero’s Employer of Record (EOR) service, you will be the bridge between SMBs and their global expansion goals. You will consult with C-level and HR executives on how to hire, onboard, and pay talent anywhere in the world without the need for local entities.
Job Responsibility:
Consultative Selling: Navigating complex conversations around international labor laws, compliance, and global payroll
Pipeline Management: Managing the full sales cycle from initial discovery to close
Product Expertise: Conducting high-impact demos of the Employment Hero platform
Strategic Growth: Partnering with SMB owners to help them scale their headcounts across borders
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in EOR/Global Payroll sales OR 360 Recruitment/Executive Search
Proven track record of exceeding quotas
Ability to self-source leads through strategic networking and social selling
High EQ & Business Acumen
Ability to explain complex compliance and financial concepts
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment
