As an Account Executive focusing on Employment Hero’s Employer of Record (EOR) service, you will be the bridge between SMBs and their global expansion goals. You will consult with C-level and HR executives on how to hire, onboard, and pay talent anywhere in the world without the need for local entities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Consultative Selling: Navigating complex conversations around international labor laws, compliance, and global payroll to provide tailored EOR solutions
  • Pipeline Management: Managing the full sales cycle from initial discovery to close
  • Product Expertise: Conducting high-impact demos of the Employment Hero platform, specifically showcasing our HeroForce and EOR functionality
  • Strategic Growth: Partnering with SMB owners to help them scale their headcounts across borders instantly and compliantly

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in EOR/Global Payroll sales OR 360 Recruitment/Executive Search
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and the ability to self-source leads
  • High EQ & Business Acumen - The ability to explain complex compliance and financial concepts to Founders and HR Directors in a simple, compelling way
  • Agility - Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment where the product and market evolve rapidly
