As an Account Executive - Existing Business (d/f/m) for Personio Payroll, you'll own the full sales cycle—from pipeline generation to close—exciting our customers to adopt our payroll solution. Working closely with Account Managers, Sales Development, and Customer Success teams, you'll guide customers through their decision-making process and drive significant growth for Personio.

Job Responsibility:

  • Account Expansion: identify and convert existing Personio customers into Personio Payroll users
  • Sales Ownership: manage full sales cycle from first interest to closing deals
  • Payroll Expertise: act as subject matter expert and trusted advisor for Personio Payroll
  • Market Development: strategically build and develop the German Payroll market within Personio's existing customer base
  • Product Collaboration: provide critical feedback to product development team
  • Lead Generation: partner with Sales Development, Account Management and Marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies
  • Cross-functional Partnership: collaborate with Revenue & Success teams, Solution Engineering, and Partnerships to integrate Personio Payroll

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: 3+ years of end-to-end B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally with focus on cross-selling, account management, or HR/Payroll/Finance solutions

  • Stakeholder Management: skillfully manage and influence multiple stakeholders across Payroll, HR, IT, and C-level
