The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships for exhibitions, trade shows, and events. This role involves selling exhibition space and sponsorship packages, coordinating with clients on event participation, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience from onboarding to event execution.
Job Responsibility:
Sell exhibition booths, sponsorship packages, and related event services
Build and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and partners
Serve as the main point of contact for clients before, during, and after events
Understand client objectives and recommend suitable exhibition solutions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, design) to ensure successful event delivery
Assist clients with booth selection, setup requirements, and event logistics
Attend exhibitions and provide on-site support to clients
Gather feedback and identify opportunities for repeat business
Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Events Management, or related field
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
