As an Account Executive for the Central America LATAM region, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing relationships with key clients. You will work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure that our clients achieve their engagement goals using the Braze platform.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Central America LATAM market
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Braze’s solutions
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for the LATAM region
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Provide feedback to the product team based on client needs and market trends
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape in the LATAM market
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the MarTech or SaaS industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and digital marketing
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish, English and Portuguese
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel as needed within the Central America LATAM region
