Enterprise Account Executives develop customer relationships to sell products and services, prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads through referrals. Partnering, AE's manage a portfolio of active lines, identifying business needs and matching them to the T-Mobile for Business product portfolio. The role is responsible for both new logo growth and retention of the active account base.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services fully
  • Fully utilize all sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools
  • Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting
  • Ensure all internal departments have fulfilled responsibilities to bring new customers onboard
  • Research business information about prospects
  • Contract and sales negotiations
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 4-7 years of Acquisition sales experience and a demonstrated history of achievements in a commissioned environment
