Job Responsibility
Drive revenue growth and secure customer expansion within the large enterprise segment across North Carolina
Manage and nurture strategic relationships with key customers and their subsidiaries
Build, develop, and maintain deep commercial relationships with key regional channel partners
Capture net new sales and manage end-to-end renewal process within the large enterprise segment
Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, and executive leadership
Conduct in-person executive business reviews with strategic accounts
Initiate proactive renewal conversations 4-6 months in advance of expirations
Project customer needs back to the business and assemble internal resources
Establish formal account success plans and maintain activity, forecasting, and opportunity data in Salesforce
Requirements
Five or more years of dedicated experience within the cybersecurity industry
Proven ability to navigate and close business within complex enterprise organizations of 1,500 employees and above
Demonstrated success in consistently achieving sales targets and driving regional revenue growth
Three or more years of experience successfully selling through a regional channel ecosystem
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comprehensive understanding of both net new sales and customer renewal frameworks
Exceptional organization and project management capabilities to multi-task across 60-75 parent accounts effectively
