Job Responsibility:
Prospect, identify, and qualify new enterprise and strategic opportunities aligned with Persado’s ICP
Initiate and lead discovery conversations with senior marketing, digital, business line, and executive stakeholders
Develop a strong point of view on prospect priorities and shape opportunities around measurable business outcomes
Build relationships across multiple stakeholders and functions within target accounts
Partner closely with Sales Directors to transition qualified opportunities and support deal progression
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or business development roles
Strong track record of generating qualified pipeline in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Experience engaging Director-, VP-, and C-level stakeholders in discovery-led conversations
Familiarity selling into one or more of the following industries: Banking, credit unions, and financial services (US and Europe)
Telecom, wireless, or subscription-based consumer businesses
Airlines, travel, loyalty, or membership-based models
Retail or large B2C brands with sophisticated CRM programs
Consultative mindset with strong business acumen
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building opportunities from scratch
Resilient, curious, and commercially driven
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
