Job Description:

As an Enterprise Account Executive focused on existing customers, you will play a crucial role in deepening and expanding relationships, driving growth and long-term success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive Growth: Identify and capitalize on revenue expansion opportunities within high-potential enterprise accounts, driving consistent growth
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with technical, product, and marketing teams to deeply understand customer needs and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions
  • Lead Discovery: Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with existing customers to uncover additional use cases and opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell initiatives
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, including C-level executives and technical teams, ensuring alignment and satisfaction. Develop strong relationships with partner organizations to foster collaboration and drive mutual success
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans focused on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, aligning customer goals with Fivetran’s offerings
  • Advocate for Customers: Serve as the voice of the customer within Fivetran, advocating for their needs and driving product enhancements that meet market demands
  • Pipeline Management: Accurately forecast expansion revenue and maintain clear visibility into performance through active management of your sales pipeline

Requirements:

  • Enterprise software sales experience, with a strong track record in customer expansion and account management
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and engage multiple stakeholders in a value-driven sales process
  • Extensive knowledge of the data technology landscape, with a focus on solution-based selling
  • Proven ability to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities, driving revenue growth within existing accounts
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a focus on building and executing long-term strategic account plans
  • A strategic thinker who can articulate customer needs and align them with Fivetran’s offerings
  • A resilient, proactive problem solver with the ability to overcome challenges creatively
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mentality
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration to deliver maximum value and ensure alignment with customer objectives
