Account Executive role at Mentimeter to help bring the vision of participation to more companies across EMEA. Role focuses on self-generated pipeline, outbound efforts with SDRs, and inbound leads from existing users. The goal is to turn existing usage into long-term value by helping companies unlock deeper insights from their participation data.
Job Responsibility:
Own your pipeline & close deals
Focus on companies that already use Mentimeter (65,000+ organizations)
Identify the right people, start meaningful conversations, and turn existing usage into long-term value
Meet with decision-makers daily
Manage a pipeline of 25-30 active opportunities while maintaining 3x quota coverage
Work with SDRs to target high-potential accounts
Sell on value, not just usage
Master value-based selling
Become an expert in our three value spaces: How to Teach, How to Lead, How to Facilitate
Engage meaningfully with key personas (HR leaders, L&D professionals, C-level executives)
Multithread across the organization to build a strong buying committee
Manage IT, legal, and procurement processes
Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success to win deals
Requirements:
5+ years in B2B SaaS sales
At least 18 months as an Account Executive
Outbound experience is a must
Experience with MEDDPICC or a similar sales methodology is a plus
SDR/BDR experience is a plus
Proven track record of hitting quota
Experience working with opportunities between $6,000–$36,000+ ARR
Experience managing 25–30 opportunities at a time
Ability to take responsibility for results
Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, scale-up environment
Team player who works closely with SDRs, Sales Managers, and cross-functional teams
Coachable and always looking for ways to improve
Nice to have:
Experience with MEDDPICC or a similar sales methodology
SDR/BDR experience
