Account Executive role for the DACH market at Perk, a platform for travel and spend management. The role involves building connections, closing deals, and contributing to the company's growth in the DACH region as part of a supportive, multicultural team.
Job Responsibility:
Managing a mix of inbound and outbound leads across the DACH region
Running impactful, solution-focused product demos and taking ownership of the full sales cycle through to close
Understanding the needs and pain points of prospects, and communicating how Perk adds real value to their business
Keeping your pipeline organised and up-to-date in Salesforce
Collaborating with Marketing to boost brand awareness and refine our lead qualification process
Engaging confidently with stakeholders at all levels to demonstrate the Perk value proposition
Becoming a product expert on TravelPerk and staying sharp as we continuously roll out new features and improvements
Requirements:
Native-level German
High fluency in English
Proven success in a sales-driven role, especially in a phone-based environment with a strong focus on prospecting and hunting
Solid understanding of B2B solution selling, ideally within a short sales cycle model
Tenacity, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
A strong team player who also thrives when working independently
A true customer-first attitude and a passion for solving problems
