This company is one of the fastest-growing insurance broking firms based in Sydney's Hills District. Established 7 years ago, they have rapidly expanded into a powerhouse team of dedicated professionals who provide outstanding service to their commercial and SME clients. Averaging very strong year on year growth, they are now looking to hire a driven Account Manager to join their team.

Job Responsibility

  • Convert warm inbound marketing leads and generate organic referrals to write new business and grow company revenue
  • Manage the end-to-end service delivery, quoting, and renewal process for a dedicated portfolio of commercial, SME, and personal lines clients
  • Leverage strong relationships with local underwriters to negotiate premium pricing, policy wordings, and coverage extensions that benefit the client
  • Prepare detailed risk submissions and utilise broker platforms to obtain market-competitive terms

Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience working within an insurance broking environment
  • A high energy and proactive attitude with a strong business development acumen
  • Knowledge of Insight (Steadfast system) is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills and strong ability to build rapport with customers
  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance
