You will be the go-to person for clients and customers, managing cases, keeping communication smooth, and ensuring fast, efficient resolutions. Every day is different, and every day you will make an impact!

Job Responsibility:

  • Take ownership of a caseload, managing and reviewing cases efficiently
  • Be the key point of contact via phone and email for clients and customers
  • Collaborate with the enforcement team to resolve case inquiries quickly
