This role is for an Account Executive (B2B) to join the national leasing team of a respected leader in the commercial fleet transportation industry. Job Responsibility:
Actively prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and direct client meetings
Build and manage a client portfolio, focusing on both account growth and retention
Source vehicles, prepare quotes, and deliver leasing solutions tailored to specific client needs
Analyze customer requirements to recommend value-driven fleet management options
Develop professional, detailed proposals, presentations, and contracts
Utilize CRM tools to effectively track leads, sales pipelines, and customer activities
Work with various departments to ensure clients receive seamless, one-stop solutions
Requirements:
Proven track record in B2B sales, with a preference for experience in the automotive, leasing, or fleet industries
Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
An entrepreneurial approach with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization, from Directors to CEOs
Willingness to obtain and maintain an OMVIC license, with training provided by the company
