Are you a driven sales professional ready to launch the next phase of customer growth?As our next Account Executive 1, you won't just be managing a pipeline of deals—you'll be the first chapter in our customers’ success stories, directly partnering with small and mid-sized businesses to solve their most critical growth challenges using the ActiveCampaign platform. Job Responsibility:

  • Generate new opportunities through targeted, outbound self-sourcing and dedicated pipeline management to consistently exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Act as a consultative partner to prospects, deeply understanding their unique business goals, challenges, and current tech stack to align them with the most effective ActiveCampaign solutions
  • Master and communicate ActiveCampaign’s full product suite, demonstrating its value through compelling, tailored discovery calls and presentations
  • Manage and accelerate a robust sales pipeline from initial qualification to deal closure, ensuring a world-class customer experience at every stage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly Marketing and Customer Success, to ensure seamless customer handoffs and an exceptional overall journey

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in a solution-selling environment (SaaS preferred)
  • Proven consultative sales skills with a history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a performance-driven organization
  • Prior experience or deep knowledge of SaaS (Software as a Service) business models and the email marketing/marketing automation space
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine ability to build rapport, relate to decision-makers, and present complex solutions clearly
  • A highly self-motivated and driven attitude, capable of prioritizing effectively to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Demonstrated coachability and an eagerness to learn new sales methodologies, product details, and evolving market dynamics
