Responsible for selling products and services to privately owned multi-dwelling properties/communities. Serves as a point-of-contact for customers in assigned area. Manages contracts for accounts. Represents the Company at meetings, social functions, or in the community.
Job Responsibility:
Secures new and maintains existing commercial internet, video and voice services
Generates new leads through prospecting activities
Provides exemplary customer service to build strong relationships
Addresses complaints and billing/service issues
Manages contracts including renewals and new contracts
Reviews assigned territory to ensure customer contact
Assists in preparation of project status reports
Keeps current with industry developments
Makes presentations to Managers and Developers
Achieves and exceeds assigned sales objectives
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
0-2 Years of relevant work experience
