Within an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients. You will deliver innovative and effective solutions within our General Industry business group at Aon Risk Solutions. As an Account Executive your primary focus is retention of existing client accounts along with development of new revenue including both new accounts and new to existing opportunities. The Account Executive acts to coordinate all Aon resources and to bring the best of Aon to each client. You are responsible for delivery of all aspects of the Aon Client Promise plan.
Job Responsibility:
Lead a portfolio of Aon’s multinational clients, consisting of international companies and large corporations with operations in Canada
Act as the primary point of contact for these clients and be responsible for understanding their specific risk management and insurance needs
Work closely with colleagues in the Montreal office as well as Aon’s broader network to deliver comprehensive and integrated solutions
Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks affecting multinational companies
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling Aon’s services to existing clients
Represent Aon at industry events, conferences, and association meetings to expand your professional network and enhance the firm’s visibility
Requirements:
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in commercial property and casualty insurance for multinational clients
AMF license in commercial insurance or desire to obtain one
French / English bilingualism required due to frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and/or internationally
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Demonstrated exceptional customer service
Proficiency in MS Office software
University degrees or relevant experience, accompanied by a professional designation such as CRM or Fellow in the field of insurance or risk management
